Terms of Service

These terms apply to analytica.ee and the Analytica service, including Analytica Ads. The service is provided by Good Days OÜ (registry code 12627359), Estonia (“we”). By creating an account or connecting your accounts you accept these terms.

The service

Analytica connects to your Google Ads and, if you choose, Google Search Console, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Drive and your website. An AI assistant analyses this data, monitors your accounts, prepares reports and proposes changes. It can also generate images for ad creatives.

Changes to your accounts

• Analytica changes your advertising accounts only after you approve a specific change, or within the rules you set yourself in the account settings (for example, moving budget between campaigns within your total budget).
• Analytica never raises your total advertising budget on its own.
• Every change is logged, and most changes can be undone from the change history.
• You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, your ads and their compliance with Google’s advertising policies and the law. Review proposals before approving them.

AI output

Reports, recommendations, texts and images are produced by AI and may contain mistakes. They do not guarantee any advertising result. Check generated texts and images before use, including rights to any brand materials you provide.

Your obligations

• Connect only accounts and websites you are authorised to manage.
• If you install the Analytica website script, inform your website visitors in your own privacy policy and collect consent where the law requires it.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or try to access other clients’ data.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. A plan includes monitoring, rules and scheduled reports without limits, and a monthly number of credits for manual requests.
• When credits run out, automatic monitoring keeps working. Extra credits are bought only on your request.
• A free trial, if offered, gives read-only access and monitoring for the trial period.
• You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Advertising costs are paid by you directly to Google and are not part of our fees.

Data

Your data remains yours. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. For website tracking data we act as your processor; a data processing agreement is available on request.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Google may change or limit its APIs, which can affect features. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months, and we are not liable for lost profits or for results of changes you approved.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closing, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
