Privacy Policy
Analytica is a marketing analytics service. Its main product, Analytica Ads, is an AI assistant that helps businesses run Google Ads: it reads advertising and website data, monitors accounts, prepares reports and proposes changes. This policy explains what data we process when you use analytica.ee and the Analytica service, why we process it, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Good Days OÜ (registry code 12627359), Estonia. For any privacy question or request, write to info@analytica.ee.
What we process
- Account data. Your name, email address, company name and the settings you choose in Analytica.
- Data from Google services you connect. Only after you sign in with Google and approve access. See the next section for details.
- Your requests and the service history. Questions you ask the assistant, its answers, reports, proposed and approved changes, scheduled tasks, and the notes and rules you save for an account.
- Website tracking data (optional). If you install the Analytica script on your website, it collects pages viewed, events such as orders and form submissions, advertising click identifiers (gclid, UTM tags) and technical data (browser, device type, shortened IP address). For this data your business is the controller and we act as its processor.
- Billing data. Plan, invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical logs. Server logs with IP address and browser information, used for security and troubleshooting.
Data we access from Google
When you connect Google, you choose which services Analytica may access. You can connect only some of them.
- Google Ads (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, conversion actions and performance statistics. Analytica uses it to report on performance, detect problems and, only after you approve a specific change or within rules you set yourself, apply changes such as budget adjustments or negative keywords. - Google Search Console (read-only): search queries, clicks, impressions and positions for your website, used to find search demand not covered by your ads.
- Google Merchant Center (optional): product data, feed status and product issues, used to find products that cannot be advertised and to connect stock to ads.
- Google Analytics (optional, read-only): traffic, conversions and ecommerce reports, used for historical comparisons and to check conversion tracking.
- Google Drive (optional, only files you pick): files you choose to share with Analytica, such as price lists or brand images. Analytica cannot see any other files in your Drive.
How the AI assistant uses your data
To answer your requests and prepare reports, Analytica sends the relevant part of your data to an AI model provider, currently Anthropic (Claude), through its business API. Under the provider’s terms this data is not used to train its models. Image generation for ad creatives may use a separate image model provider; only the prompt and the brand materials you choose are sent.
Why we process data (legal basis)
- To provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors (legitimate interest).
- To send invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To send product news, only if you agreed (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share data with
We use these service providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Hetzner Online (servers and backups in the EU) — hosting and storage.
- Anthropic — AI model processing, as described above.
- Stripe — payments.
- Google — the Google services you connect.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Storage and security
- Google access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by Analytica’s servers.
- Data of each client is kept separate from other clients.
- Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.
How long we keep data
- Data from connected Google services and the service history: while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you close it or disconnect the service.
- Website tracking data: up to 25 months, unless your business sets a shorter period.
- Server logs: up to 6 weeks.
- Invoices and accounting records: 7 years, as required by Estonian law.
Disconnecting Google and deleting data
- You can disconnect any Google service in Analytica settings, or revoke access at any time in your Google Account under Third-party apps & services.
- After you disconnect, Analytica stops accessing that service and deletes the data received from it within 30 days.
- To delete your whole account and all related data, write to info@analytica.ee from the email of your account.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Write to info@analytica.ee; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
